Nancy grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area. She has a BS in Organizational Behavior and a MEd in Montessori Integrative Learning. Nancy started out in Montessori education as a Primary guide and then received her AMI elementary diploma from W.M.I. in 2004. In 2016 she received her AMI primary diploma from M.I.N.T. and then worked two years in a Montessori training center before moving to Minnesota. Nancy enjoys reading, knitting, and playing roller derby.
Malado was raised in Paris, France, and has experience teaching World Languages at both the middle and high school levels in London, Paris, and New York before becoming part of our community. He also spent time working as a camp counselor with children aged 3 to 10 and teenagers. In 2010, he earned his Master's degree in Education. In his spare time, Malado enjoys playing chess, card games, and board games.
