Volunteering

Welcome back to the wonderful world of Volunteerism! We are returning to our traditional Parent Volunteering Program, which requires your active participation. To support our students to the best of our ability, we need the whole community to participate in the school and TPA activities and fundraising for trips. We can only do this with your involvement.

Minimum Volunteering Hours Required

  • We require a minimum participation of 15 hours per school year per family. For families with more than one child enrolled, the requirement is 20 hours. As stated in your child(ren) 's contract, at least 5 of the 15 or 20 hours must be dedicated to fundraising
  • Please remember to log your volunteer hours using this Volunteer Log Form soon after you volunteer.
  • Parents can log each other's hours since we track your hours using your child(ren)s last name. We will be using the Volunteer Log Form to log the number of hours and the nature of the jobs your family has volunteered. We will keep you posted on your balance, giving you ample time to volunteer before the school year ends in June.
  • We will be reviewing the log in June. Those who still need to meet their total number of volunteer hours (including the minimum of 5 hours in fundraising) will be charged $35 per hour for the deficit (up to $525.00 for one child or $700.00 for two or more children). The charge will appear on your July invoice.
  • If you have any questions, please call the school office at 510-531-8566.
