Taller de Inventores Camp

Get ready for a day where imagination meets innovation — all in Spanish! At our Building, Design & Game Makers Spanish Immersion Camp, campers explore, create, and collaborate entirely in Spanish, making it a rich and engaging language experience woven naturally into every activity.
In the mornings, young builders dive into the world of construction and architecture, exploring how the structures around us are designed and built. Through hands-on projects and collaborative challenges, campers will design and construct their own models, experiment with different materials, and discover how architecture brings together art, science, and functionality — all while developing skills in stability, balance, and planning.
In the afternoons, creativity takes a new form as campers step into the Game Creation Lab! Each participant will invent their own board game from scratch — designing the board, crafting the pieces, writing the rules, and putting their game to the test with fellow campers. It's a perfect blend of creative thinking, strategy, and teamwork as every idea gets brought to life.
Whether your child is a native Spanish speaker or on their language learning journey, this camp offers a fun and immersive environment where language and creativity go hand in hand.

In the afternoons, the magic continues indoors with a Totoro-inspired art project! Drawing from the beloved world of My Neighbor Totoro, campers will design and build their own shadow lamp using paper cutting, simple construction, and light — and when the light turns on, their cut-out designs cast beautiful shadows that bring the scene to life.

Sports en Ville

The city is a playground — and this summer, campers are going to use every inch of it. Sports in the City is an active, outdoor French immersion camp that takes children beyond the school gates and into the city's parks, plazas, and open spaces to play, move, and explore together — all in French.
This is not your typical summer camp. There are no bleachers to sit in, no fixed schedules, and no games assigned by someone else. Here, the campers decide what they play — and then they figure out how to get there. Every day is a small, real-world adventure, designed to build independence, teamwork, and a genuine love of being active outdoors.

“TRIS is an extraordinary opportunity. I value so many of the experiences that my children had as students at the school. They learned a lot about being contributing members of a worldwide community. This openness is reflected in how they relate and receive people around them. In communities outside of TRIS, my children have been recognized for their inclusivity and ability to meet others where they are. I attribute a lot of their perspectives to learning about the world and the people in it to their studies and experiences at TRIS.”
J. M.
“One of the things I love about TRIS is the global community. I lived overseas for my early adolescent years and -while some of that was hard- it made me a global citizen, seeing the world from a larger perspective. I absolutely loved that my daughter had teachers from so many different countries. She was able to travel with TRIS in Elementary and Middle School, which was also a gift that I believe will always enhance her perspective in her life."
